DNC raises the threshold for the 6th president debate in December – 200,000 unique donors and either 4 % in at least 4 DNC-approved polls or 6% in two DNC-approved early state polls. (Politico)

22019 Election - 3 red state Gubernatorial races to watch. Two incumbents, Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin (R) and Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards (D), are on the ballot next month. In the third state, Mississippi, Republican Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves is facing off against Democratic Attorney General Jim Hood.
And in all three contests, polls show a tied race. (The Hill)

10 candidates qualified by having 130,000 donors and reaching at least 2 percent in four qualifying polls. The 10 include: Biden, Sanders, Warren, Harris, NJ Sen. Cory Book, MN Sen. Amy Klobuchar, South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg, former Housing Sec Julian Castro, former TX Rep Beto O’Rourke and entrepreneur Andrew Yang

Presidential Debate - 8:00 - Otterbein University, Westerville, OH.  Sponsor: CNN/NYTimes.  Same 10 candidates who participated in September: Biden, Warren, Sanders, Harris, Buttigieg, Yang, Castro, O’Rourke, Booker and Klobuchar.  Tom Steyer and Tulsi Gabbard will have guest spots.

North Carolina 9th Congressional District - Open seat held by Republicans since 1962, Trump won by 12 points. Dan McCready (Dem) has been running 2 ½ years and spent 4.7 million dollars. Dan Bishop (Rep) has spent 1.7 million dollars and has been visited by President Trump and VP Pence.
