The 2025 New York City mayoral primary will take place on June 24, 2025. Early voting has started. It is a close race between former Governor Mario Cuomo and Zohran Mamdani, NY State Assemblyman. Also running are Adrienne Adams, Speaker of the NY City Council and Brad Lander, NY City Comptroller. NYC will use ranked choice voting. If no candidate earns more than 50% of first-choice votes, then counting will continue in rounds.
The General election is November 4, 2025. The incumbent, Mayor Eric Adams, is running for re-election as an independent.

New Jersey Gubernatorial election November 4, 2025. Current Governor Phil Murphy is term- limited. Democratic congresswoman Mikie Sherrill will face Republican former state assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli. Sherrill won the Democratic nomination with 34% of the vote and Ciatarelli won the nomination with 67% of the vote. Ciattarelli was the Republican nominee in the previous race.
